VoiceJet.io provides AI-powered voice campaign management services as a technical platform. We facilitate voice communications through third-party VoIP providers and AI voice agent services. We act solely as a technology intermediary and do not directly provide telecommunications or AI services.

3. Third-Party Services

Our platform relies on third-party service providers, including:

• VoIP infrastructure providers
• AI voice agent providers
• Cloud hosting and storage providers

We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, quality, or performance.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtain all necessary consents and permissions before initiating voice campaigns
• Comply with all telecommunications regulations, including do-not-call lists and consent requirements
• Not use the Platform for spam, harassment, fraud, or any illegal activities
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be solely responsible for the content and conduct of your campaigns

5. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: VoiceJet.io provides technical services only. We are NOT responsible for:

• How you use the AI voice calling services we provide
• The content, legality, or compliance of your campaigns
• Any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
• Interruptions, errors, or failures in service delivery
• Any regulatory violations or legal issues arising from your campaigns
• Data loss or security breaches beyond our reasonable control

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

6. No Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding availability, reliability, or accuracy
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoiceJet.io, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your campaigns and their content
• Any third-party claims related to your use of the Platform

8. Compliance and Legal Use

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Telecommunications regulations (TCPA, GDPR, etc.)
• Data protection and privacy laws
• Consumer protection laws
• Anti-spam and anti-harassment regulations

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the Platform or third-party services
• Non-payment of fees

10. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Platform. Fees are based on usage and third-party service costs. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform remain with VoiceJet.io. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

12. Data and Privacy

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
